I have a background in technology, education, and edtech and an MBA from INSEAD. Since 2023, I am the founder and CEO of SENshine, a company bringing AI-enhanced inclusion management services to schools. We're helping Councils, trusts and schools to reduce the dependence upon costly and scarce external experts. Our low-cost solution empowers teachers to be the change.

With a strong focus on using digital tools to strengthen provision mapping, emotional awareness and psychologically safe communication, Ben supports schools and partners to better understand and respond to learner experience. His approach bridges technology, wellbeing and participation, helping education systems use EdTech more intentionally to support inclusion and ensure that every child’s perspective can be heard and valued.
