Founded by Nic Ponsford, the Global Equality Collective (GEC) is now a multi-award-winning global community of over 13,000 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) change makers including 300+ DEI subject matter experts, working together to equip, empower and educate. The GEC Platform streamlines your journey towards achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion with a two-tiered approach. Level 1, our Staff Module, is designed for everyone in your school community, including site teams, senior leadership, governors, support staff, and curriculum teams.
