Bio:
Malarvilie Krishnasamy is a Leadership Consultant, Executive Coach, and practising teacher with over 25 years of experience in education and leadership. A former senior leader and Trust Lead for CPD, she now works internationally supporting leaders to communicate with confidence, strengthen emotional intelligence, and lead with greater impact.
She is the founder of MalCPD and TalkSavvy®, a communication and leadership platform built around her C.R.A.F.T. framework: Clarity, Respect, Adaptability, Feedback, and Trust. Through coaching, training, masterclasses, and leadership development programmes, she helps leaders navigate difficult conversations, build trust, and develop stronger professional relationships.
Alongside her consultancy and coaching work, Malarvilie continues to teach in an international school, ensuring her work remains grounded in the realities of modern education and leadership.
