Bio:
Malarvilie Krishnasamy is a Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach with over 25 years’ experience in education and leadership. A former senior leader and Trust Lead for CPD, she now works internationally to help leaders communicate with confidence, strengthen emotional intelligence, and lead with impact.
Through MalCPD and her TalkSavvy™ brand, she delivers accredited coaching and leadership programmes, masterclasses, and 1:1 coaching, all grounded in her C.R.A.F.T. framework (Clarity, Respect, Adaptability, Feedback and Trust) — a communication skills framework for leaders.
She is also the creator of TalkSavvy™ Coach, an interactive AI reflection partner that extends coaching beyond sessions and supports leaders to embed emotionally intelligent communication in daily practice.
