We know schools and the staff working within them are under pressure on many fronts with budgets being one of the biggest. Membership for international & independent schools starts at just £2,000 and we are co-funding state schools, meaning 50% off.
The GEC Platform simplifies the process of working towards diversity, equity and inclusion into two levels, our Staff Module (Level 1), for all staff - from site team to SLT & governors, support staff to curriculum teams. You can now also capture student voice like never before with our new add-on, the Students Module (Level 2).
This academically tested survey, designed for ages 3 to post-16, allows you to understand how to create extraordinarily inclusive classrooms, and combines the data to help you follow a process to see immediate results, by creating a personalised DEI action plan and providing access to our library of resources at your fingertips.

How we help create equity in schools
Complete the surveys
Starting with our Level 1 Staff module which comes as standard, you'll complete the Self Assessment and Staff Surveys to understand and benchmark DEI in your school. Add on the Level 2 Student module for a whole 360 on diversity, equity and inclusion.
Get an action plan
Results are immediate with built-in recommendations for each and every section, question, standard and statement - all quality assured by the Global Equality Collective. Then you are ready to review and implement your personalised DEI road map with the ‘GEC Action Plan’.

Our ‘Netflix’ style training hub, the ‘GEC Library’ boasts over 230 CPD materials for all of your staff. Our human library of content comes from a place of compassion and research, while e-learning modules help your staff understand everything DEI.
