Anxious Ninja

Anxious Ninja was a great runner but recently he has been having a lot of worries about his performance. He experiences difficult emotions that stop him from running until his friend gives him tips on how to handle his anxiety. His friend tells him about the three R’s - Recognise, Relax, and Refocus and how they can help Anxious Ninja get his worries under control.
