Over the course of one sweltering hot day in a predominantly black area in Brooklyn, racial tensions simmer over an Italian-American pizzeria owner's "Wall of Fame" which features only Italians, but not black actors. One of the pizzeria’s customers, Buggin Out, takes issue with this as most of the pizzeria’s customers are black. The film follows multiple different characters over these 24 hours as their frustrations grow.
