The Extraordinaries
The Extraordinaries is a young adult fantasy novel about Nick Bell, a teenager with ADHD who writes fanfiction about the superheroes in his city, Nova City. After a chance encounter with his crush, the hero Shadow Star, Nick decides to become an Extraordinary himself. The novel follows Nick's journey as he tries to find a way to gain powers, navigates his feelings for his best friend Seth, and uncovers a conspiracy involving the city's heroes.
