Bio:
Abena is a dynamic speaker, trainer, coach and mentor working at the intersection of technology, politics, leadership, education, inclusion and social change. She speaks and trains and writes about AI, EdTech, inclusion and belonging, women's empowerment, climate, social anthropology and neurodiversity.
She coaches and trains business leaders with Leaders Plus and supports political leadership development with the Labour Women's Network. A former Mayor of Folkestone and Council Chair, she now serves on the executive committee of the Fabian Women's Network, bringing deep civic insight to her work. Through her CIC, Repairs Together, she leads community efforts in climate action, sustainability and community cohesion.

It is important work that needs a collective to realise because how can we possibly talk about inclusion whilst using an individualistic and self-centred methodology.
