My experience demonstrates my passion for creative and cultural learning and for making a difference in other's lives. I am a strong advocate for all aspects of EDI, with a strong interest in all aspects of neurodiversity. I have a vast knowledge of the education sector alongside an enthusiastic and determined attitude towards the importance of an equitable opportunity for all young people to experience and develop in the arts.

Tina Gray-Rampello is a valued member of the GEC Circle, bringing extensive experience in inclusive education, leadership development, and coaching. With a background in school improvement and consultancy, Tina supports leaders and teachers to embed equitable practices that drive sustainable change. As Teacher Development Manager for Royal Ballet & Opera at the Royal Opera House, she leads work with school leaders, designing and delivering programmes that strengthen leadership capacity and inspire inclusive practice through the arts. Tina has contributed her expertise to the GEC Platform members by championing approaches that foster meaningful inclusion and long-term impact.
