Working with schools on inclusion, wellbeing and culture takes time, trust and care.

Schools trust the GEC when they want a clear, honest picture of their culture, inclusion and sense of belonging. They come to the GEC when they are ready to take inclusion seriously and are actively asking what to do next

The Circle of Partners exists to answer that question.

It brings together a small number of organisations and consultants who are part of that next step, who work with schools in thoughtful, credible ways and want to collaborate around evidence, integrity and real impact. It offers a structured route to work alongside the GEC where there is alignment, trust and a shared commitment to doing this work properly.

This is not about promotion. It is about being part of the next step for schools who are ready to act.

Why the Circle of Partners exists

Good insight only matters if it leads to change.

Schools using the GEC Platform are already engaged, reflective and asking serious questions about improvement. The Circle of Partners exists to connect those schools with external support that is credible, ethical and genuinely useful.

For partners, this means:

  • fewer cold conversations

  • clearer alignment with schools’ needs

  • introductions based on fit, not volume

  • working alongside an organisation schools already trust

If your work depends on credibility, relationships and long-term impact, the Circle offers a meaningful route in.

A clear and commercially meaningful partnership model

  • Where the GEC introduces a school to a Partner and that leads to new work, the GEC receives a 10% referral fee on the first year only.

  • Where a Partner introduces a school to the GEC Platform and that leads to a new subscription, the Partner receives a 10% referral fee on the school’s first year only.

Introductions are made carefully, based on professional judgement and school need, not targets or volume. Referral arrangements apply to new relationships only and are clearly attributable.

This creates a transparent, fair incentive on both sides, while keeping schools’ interests at the centre.

Is the Circle of Partners right for you?

The Circle of Partners is designed for organisations that:

  • already work directly with schools or trusts

  • deliver practical work around inclusion, wellbeing, culture or belonging

  • value evidence, integrity and long-term relationships

  • want collaboration and referrals that feel considered and mutual
