Bio:
Dr Sarah Moseley Educational Consultancy provides training, coaching, consultancy, and keynote presentations that support educators and families to remove barriers to learning and ensure every learner can access, engage, and achieve, both within the curriculum and in the wider world.
We work across all sectors and phases, providing tailored guidance grounded in evidence- informed practice. Our focus is on developing sustainable, inclusive cultures where accessibility, agency, and high expectations are embedded into everyday practice.
Guided by the principles of Universal Design for Learning, we support organisations and families to apply a neuroinclusive lens to leadership, curriculum design, and learning in all environments, enabling every learner to take an active role in their own progress.
Founded and led by Dr Sarah Moseley (PhD, MEd), a specialist in literacy, neurodiversity, and inclusive education, the consultancy works with settings supporting learners from the most profound and complex needs to young people who may be disengaged from learning across all ages. Our work strengthens professional confidence and equips staff and families with practical, adaptable approaches that foster participation, motivation, and independence.
We are committed to helping schools, services, and families secure meaningful, long-term improvement so every learner can engage confidently, exercise their agency, and feel a strong sense of belonging.
