Bio:
Lead with One is a leadership practice founded by Harroop Kaur Sandhu. The work focuses on strengthening equity, diversity and inclusion through leadership judgement, decision making and the systems that shape everyday practice.
Lead with One supports organisations to clarify authority, responsibility and decision rights, particularly in high-pressure and high-accountability environments. The aim is to reduce informal influence, increase consistency and build leadership conditions that sustain trust, belonging and equity over time.
Through advisory work, facilitation and coaching, Lead with One helps leadership teams move beyond intention to durable practice, embedding equity into how decisions are made rather than relying on policy alone.
As part of the Global Equality Collective Circle of Influence, Lead with One contributes insight that strengthens the GEC framework and supports organisations to translate data and insight into leadership action.
