Bio:

Matt is a former teacher and the Founding CEO of Learning Ladders Education, a mission-driven EdTech platform that improves school assessment data management and parental involvement in learning for International Schools.

Learning Ladders works with International and Independent Schools from Early Years to KS3, and has been named ‘The Best System for Whole-School Assessment, Planning and Reporting’ 3 times in the last 5 years at the global BETT Show.

Matt is an education author, the Vice Chair of BESA (the British Educational Suppliers Association), and Chaired BESA’s EdTech Special Interest Group for 5 years. Matt also co-founded the EdTech Evidence Group in 2022 to drive better conversations about edtech efficacy and evidence of impact. He is a Trustee at the attendance charity School Home Support, and Chair of Governors at a local school. He has 2 children at Primary School, and lives in the New Forest in the south of England.
