Matthew Koster-Marcon

Bio:
Matt is a former teacher and the Founding CEO of Learning Ladders Education, a mission-driven EdTech platform focused on improving formative assessment, data clarity, and parental engagement in schools.
Learning Ladders works with international and independent schools from Early Years through to Key Stage 3, and has been recognised multiple times at the global BETT Awards as the leading whole-school system for assessment, planning and reporting.
Alongside his work at Learning Ladders, Matt is Vice Chair of BESA (the British Educational Suppliers Association), where he previously chaired the EdTech Special Interest Group for several years.
Matt is Chair of the attendance charity School-Home Support, and Chair of Governors at his local school. He lives in the New Forest with his family.
