Bio:

I'm an EDI consultant and leadership coach qualified with the EMCC and Institute for Equity University centre. I've had 20 years in education as a teacher and senior leader and my work focusses on helping leaders boost their EDI efforts without shame or blame. Building their inclusive behaviours and systems, so that we create more belonging for all. I've had recognition from OFSTED in this work in the last school I worked in.
